What to expect in an Apprentice Session
You’ll receive a 50-minute private or duet session tailored to your goals, body and experience level.
Each instructor brings their own strengths—whether that’s a background in dance, athletic performance or movement rehabilitation—but every session is rooted in The Pilates Room NYC’s traditional teaching methodology.
