Led by The Pilates Room NYC owner Alison Johnson, this sequence is rooted in the Classical Pilates method and focuses on core engagement, body awareness and controlled movement.
This is an ideal Pilates sequence for beginners, but even experienced practitioners will benefit from slowing down and returning to the foundations.
This series can be done anywhere without props or equipment, and it’s safe and supportive for all levels. Great for travel, recovery days or reestablishing your Pilates practice if you’ve been out of the game for a while.
