VIDEO: 10-Minute Pilates Travel Routine–No Equipment Required

You don’t have to lose touch with your Pilates practice just because you’re traveling! Join The Pilates Room NYC owner Alison Johnson and instructor Lilly Ballarin for this quick, effective full-body travel routine.

Whether you’re heading home for the holidays or on the road for work, this 10-minute Pilates flow will help you stay grounded, energized, and connected to your body—no equipment required.

We created this routine so you could get an effective full-body Pilates workout no matter where you are (even if you’re in a hotel room). Stretch out after a long flight or drive, wake up your core, and move through classical Pilates favorites including:

  • The Hundred

  • Roll Up

  • The Saw

  • Hip Bridges

  • Side Plank (with variations)

All you need is a small towel and a little bit of space. Perfect for travelers, busy mornings, or anyone looking to maintain their Pilates practice on the go.

Try this routine to:

  • Release tension after sitting or traveling

  • Strengthen your core and improve posture

  • Start your day with focus and energy
